1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using BityCash (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including Shopify merchants and any team members who access the Service on their behalf.

2. Description of Service

BityCash is a financial analytics platform that connects to your Shopify store and optional advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to help you track profit, expenses, ad spend, and overall business health. The Service includes:

• Profit and revenue analytics dashboards
• Expense tracking and management tools
• Business Health Score and alerts
• Ad spend reporting and ROAS tracking
• Product profitability analysis
• Report exports in CSV, Excel, and PDF formats

BityCash reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when setting up and using the Service, including expenses, cost of goods, and integration credentials.
• Keep your account credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes related to managing and analyzing your Shopify store's finances.
• Comply with the terms and policies of any third-party platforms you connect to BityCash (Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the BityCash platform or its underlying code.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Access or attempt to access another user's data or account without authorization
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or any technology intended to harm or disrupt the Service
• Overload or interfere with the infrastructure of BityCash or its service providers
• Use the Service to process or store data that you do not have the legal right to use
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when accessing the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these acceptable use standards, without prior notice in cases of serious violations.

5. Integrations and Third-Party Services

BityCash integrates with Shopify, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. These integrations are subject to the terms and policies of those respective platforms. BityCash is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or changes to these third-party services.

By connecting a third-party account to BityCash, you authorize us to access the data from that account as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke these connections at any time from your Settings page.

Your BityCash account is linked to your Shopify store. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You retain ownership of all data you bring into BityCash (store data, expenses, integration data). By using the Service, you grant BityCash a limited license to process and store this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled, stored, and protected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BityCash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." BityCash makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service or the data it provides.

In no event shall BityCash's total liability to you for all claims related to the Service exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using BityCash at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store. Upon uninstallation, your access to the Service is revoked and Shopify store data access is immediately terminated.

BityCash reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms, or in cases where continued access would pose a risk to the security or integrity of the platform.

Upon termination, we will retain your data only as required by law or legitimate business purposes, and will delete it upon written request as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Egypt.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
